Founder

An artist at heart and a change maker by purpose.

My journey began as a theatre artist, eventually leading me to Mumbai, where I worked as a model for various renowned brands and appeared in films and television serials. One of the most memorable chapters of this journey was collaborating with Chef Sanjeev Kapoor on Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana, which allowed me to explore my creative side in a whole new way.

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, I witnessed a deeply disturbing rise in mental health issues and suicides around me. Having personally faced similar challenges in the past, I felt a profound calling to support others. This led to the birth of Manki Khushi Foundation — an NGO dedicated to spreading mental health awareness, offering emotional support, and promoting community well-being.

To deepen my impact and understanding, I pursued formal education in psychology — earning a Postgraduate Diploma and currently working toward a Master’s in Psychology, with a focus on counselling and mental wellness.

Over time, I came to realise that mental health, physical health, and financial well-being are deeply interconnected. Today, as a passionate social worker, I organise programs, workshops, and community events that empower individuals to lead healthier, happier, and more financially secure lives.
