Students support programs

At Man Ki Khushi Foundation, our foremost mission is to address the critical issue of student suicides and the mental health challenges faced by young individuals preparing for competitive exams. The immense pressure to excel academically often leads to overwhelming stress and anxiety, pushing some students to the brink of despair. We are dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where students can seek help and find the strength to overcome these challenges.

Our comprehensive approach includes providing access to professional counseling services, where students can discuss their worries and receive guidance on managing stress and anxiety. We also conduct workshops and seminars to educate students about the importance of mental health, teaching them coping mechanisms and resilience-building strategies. By fostering open conversations about mental health, we aim to reduce the stigma associated with seeking help and encourage students to prioritize their well-being.

We also offer personalized mentorship programs that connect students with experienced mentors who understand the pressures of competitive exams. These mentors provide academic guidance, emotional support, and practical advice, helping students navigate their educational journey with confidence. Through our initiatives, we strive to create a community where students feel valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals without compromising their mental health.
